Payment terms

Mastercard and Visa are the sole payment method.

Applicable law

Any contract between Amberg’s, Inc. and a buyer is interpreted under the laws of the State of New York.

Order processing and shipping

Based on availability, orders received are shipped next business day from New York State.

Claims for shortage and damage

All claims for quantity discrepancies, damages, or lost shipments of goods are the responsibility of the buyer. Claims are not accepted unless they are made within three business days of the receipt of goods.

Warranty

  • All FELCO products are guaranteed against manufacturers’ defect.
  • Any goods found to be defective within one year of date of purchase will be repaired or replaced once the goods along with the original bill of purchase have been returned to Amberg’s, Inc.
  • Amberg’s, Inc. is the sole determiner of product defect.
  • Amberg’s, Inc. shall not in any event be liable for costs of any special, direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages to anyone by reason of fact that such product does not conform to this warranty.

Returns

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.  You have 30 calendar days to return or exchange an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for either, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the sales receipt.  Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.  You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.  If you have any questions on how to return your item to us, contact us.
